I began my baking journey several years ago, inspired by my children when they were born with multiple food allergies & I wanted them to have normal birthday cakes like other children. From this I discovered a love for it & have since made numerous cakes for numerous occasions. I am registered with Bournemouth Council, I'm fully insured & I have successfully completed the 'Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety' course & 'Food Allergy & Intolerance Training’. I have also achieved a top grade, level 5 Food Safety Rating. Enough about me!
